Early career success includes founding and selling a specialized technical data firm to a defense contractor—proving an early aptitude for identifying niche value in complex markets (DARPA technologies: Semiconductors, Biotech, Advanced Engineered Materials) and executing successful liquidity events.

From Startup to Scale-Up

Jon’s ‘Founder’s DNA’ is defined by rapid scaling. He successfully navigated the sale of a media asset to industry leader Nightingale-Conant and subsequently operated as a key growth partner for an environmental technology firm that commercialized NASA technology, instrumental in its surge from boutique engineering to a multi-hundred-million-dollar valuation.

Jon then, along with his business partner, Greg Montoya, facilitated the startup of a Hong-Kong based environmental company that sold quality goods to both China and Thailand. In 2009, Jon again sold this thriving company to an international environmental and home care company.

Currently serving as the Global AI Lead for Sales, Marketing, and Service (Energy Industry) at Accenture Song. He also leads the Accenture Song’s OFES portfolio. Jon now applies his lifetime of commercial building to the world’s largest challenges, helping Fortune 500 energy leaders leverage GenAI to modernize commercial functions and navigate the energy transition.”
